UtahInvest connects real estate investors with vetted hard money lenders across Utah. We built this platform because we know how hard it is to find the right lender for the right deal — especially on a tight timeline.

Our network includes 200+ private lenders, hard money funds, and bridge lenders active in Salt Lake, Utah County, Washington County, Davis, Weber, Cache, and Summit Counties. Every lender in our system has been verified — they hold appropriate licensing, have funded real deals, and have been reviewed by Utah borrowers.

Our Mission

Make Utah real estate investing more accessible by removing friction from the financing process. Borrowers shouldn’t have to cold-call 20 lenders to find one that will do their deal. We do that work for you — for free.

Lenders pay to be included in our network. Borrowers always use our service at zero cost.
