What We Do

UtahInvest connects real estate investors with vetted hard money lenders across Utah. We built this platform because we know how hard it is to find the right lender for the right deal — especially on a tight timeline.

We operate a matching service for investors looking at Utah deals — including Salt Lake, Utah County, Washington County, Davis, Weber, Cache, and Summit Counties. We do not publish a verified lender count. Whether we can introduce you to a lender depends on the deal and who is actively lending at the time.

Our Mission

Make Utah real estate investing more accessible by removing friction from the financing process. Borrowers shouldn’t have to cold-call 20 lenders to find one that will do their deal. We do that work for you — for free.

Lenders pay to be included in our network. Borrowers always use our service at zero cost.
