How UtahInvest handles information you send us

UtahInvest (utahinvest.com) is a hard-money lender matching and referral website operated by oBundance, LLC (Jared Winger). We are not a bank, private lender, or mortgage lender. We do not originate, underwrite, or fund loans. This site does not display an NMLS license number because oBundance, LLC is not offering licensed mortgage-broker services through this website.
What we collect
If you use a match or contact form, we collect the information you type in — typically your name, email, phone number, loan type, county or location, purchase price, estimated after-repair value, and any message you send. Our hosting provider and security tools may also log technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate the site and reduce spam.
How we use it
Form submissions go to the site operator (currently delivered to the operator’s inbox used for UtahInvest inquiries). We use that information to review your request, to contact you about it, and to share it with private lenders or other capital sources who may choose to contact you. Submitting a form does not guarantee a match, a loan, or any response time.
Who we share it with
We may share your submission with lenders and other parties in our matching process, and with service providers that host the website, deliver email (including the form-delivery service used on this site), and help prevent spam. We do not sell your information as a bulk consumer mailing list to unrelated advertisers. Lenders who receive your information have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries as long as needed to process a referral, respond to you, operate the service, and meet legal or security requirements, then delete or archive them.
Your choices
Email hello@utahinvest.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, subject to any duty to retain records. You can also stop further matching outreach by emailing that address.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
